1. Homestays Morocco and Riad Kasbah Oliver aim to reduce risks as far as is practicably possible during your stay, however this is remote part of the High Atlas Mountains and you may choose to ride mules, trek or use 4 x4 transportation, local minibuses, taxis etc. This is at your own risk . Homestays Morocco and Riad Kasbah Oliver accept no liaibility for accidents during your walks, treks or journeys howsoever caused.
2. Homestays Morocco and Riad Kasbah Oliver are not liable for damage, losses or injury that may result from activities and travel to and from or around the village or in and around local homes or during trips you take with drivers or stay at accomodations you ask us to arrange for you. We minimise risk to you by using people we know well but nothing in life is risk free.
3. Check the foreign office web site prior to booking, ensure you adhere to travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories in place.
4. Check with your local travel clinic or GP for medical advice for travellers to Morocco.
5. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate and up to date travel insurance to protect persons and property during your stay. We will not get involved in any insurance claims or disputes.
6. We expect guests to inform us if they are going to be late or if they decide to cancel their visit. Mules have to be arranged to meet people in Animeter. Homes and Riad Kasbah Oliver have prepared meals for people who have rung to say they will arriving and they have not turned up. Tighza is remote and therefore food shopping is done once a week at the local souk. There are no big supermarket chains here. Families can ill afford to prepare food for guests who do not turn up.
7. Guests are asked to pay us the 25dh per night for guardian of cars left in Animeter as past guests have left without paying and we have been left with the bill. Also for transport when using the local minibus as again several guests have asked us to arrange the minibus and agreed to pay the driver then have not paid, therefore leaving us to pay.
