Homestays is a sustainable tourism project which directly benefits the local communities. This means your money goes directly to the household and village where you stay to help improve the lives and environment of the people. Top tip: If you want to see the flowers in the valley it is best to visit between from April to June.  To escape the humidity of cities like Marrakech and Ouarzazate during the summer months June to September Tighza is ideal as it is always cooler than the cities (by several degrees) and rarely humid.
