Forming part of the main house, the cottage offers the
ideal holiday base.
The accommodation includes a kitchen with dining table, double bedroom,
lounge (upstairs) and shower room. Outside is a small south facing garden
with table and chairs, a BBQ and off-road parking.
A Public House and shop/garage are approx 2 miles. Holsworthy (7miles) has
smaller supermarkets (market on Wednesdays) and main stores can be found
in Bideford (9miles) & Barnstaple (17miles).
